Where is the band based out of?

• We're in Jacksonville, Florida. But we travel as our budget and schedules will allow.

What kind of music do you play?

• We play a wide variety of styles, all the classics from 40's, 50's and 60's party tunes, Motown and 70's disco hits to 80's retro wave (checkout our Huge songlist). Songs that everyone will know and love to dance to! We like to keep it classy and fun, we play song to song with little or no pause to keep the dance floor jumping and your event moving.

How long are your sets?

• Most bands play 45 minute sets, but if everyone is dancing and having a good time, we're not going to stop. We like to see people enjoy themselves and celebrate.

How much space and electricity do you need?

• This really depends on how big the band is. A five piece band would need approximately a 20ft wide by 10ft. deep.
• As for electricity, most events require two separate 15 amp circuits. Larger events require four 15 amp circuits (due to lighting and effects.)

Will you help theme and coordinate the event?

• Absolutely! We can theme the band to look and play different styles of music. We also can book other vendors to enhance your event. We'll make sure everything flows smoothly.

Will you learn special songs?

• Of course! We want to make it special. So make your requests in advance so we can be prepared for your event.

Will you play an Ipod during your breaks?

• Yes, we want the mood and atmosphere to continue even though the band is on a break. In fact, your welcome to bring your own Ipod and we'll play it!

• Sure, professionals know that dinner music means setting the mood so your guests can enjoy good conversation with their meal.

How do I book the band?

• Dates are held by a deposit (@$500.00) and a contract. After discussing your event details with us, we'll send you a contract specifying when, where, band size, times, etc. then you will sign, date, copy and mail it back with the deposit. And the date is yours!

How much do you charge?

• In order to give the best quote possible, e-mail us the date, place, nature of event and time. Please include any other pertinent details.

 

When is overtime and how much per hour?

• Pricing is 4 consecutive hours, extra time is overtime. To calculate overtime pricing: Divide contracted price by 4 = hourly rate.

 

Are you insured with General Liabilty Insurance?

Yes! The Faze Band is insured. Some venues and properties require vendors to carry such insurance and will not allow uninsured vendors on property.

What makes The Faze Band different from their competition?

We understand that wedding receptions are the most important and expensive event that families will host. We don't gouge & overprice our services. Because we're full time professional musicians, we're flexible and consistant. The Faze Band is so well known, we don't have to advertise, our reputation procedes us, clients usually find us through referrals (satisfied clients), you can't buy that!

 

Faze Entertainment is Licensed to operate by the State of Florida and by the City of Jacksonville. We're insured with Commercial General Liability Insurance.
